Looking at a person’s track record is a huge help in determining if a person is a good prospect. People who are successful in one field have a good chance of being successful in another. The reason for that is usually the person is successful because they are hard working and dedicated. If you do those things you usually will be successful in whatever you do. Another type of person to look for is a person who is friendly and easy to talk to. These types of people will have no trouble recruiting. Also, look for industrious people. Some people have an employee mindset; this type of person is a bad prospect.

The second secret for MLM success is to build depth. MLM success happens by building a large team the way to build a big team is by depth. Some people try to go out and sponsor ten people a month. Doing that in one year you would have 120 people in your first level. That is not the way to achieve MLM success. It would be better to find five key people who go out and do the same. If you find five, who find five, who find five and so on by your third level you would have 155 people in your downline. That is much easier, and works better than sponsoring an army yourself. The way to MLM success is to build depth.

The third secret for MLM success is duplication. The way you build depth is duplication. Once you have learned network marketing skills you need to teach them to the people you sponsor.  If you properly teach your five people and teach them to teach their five and so on and so forth you will be duplicated. If everyone in your downline continues to sponsor and teach you will be an MLM success in no time.
